Frequently Asked Questions
Do You Travel?
Absolutely! TrayVisuals travels across Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama, and Florida for Grad Shoots.
Campuses include Southern Miss, Mississippi State, Xavier, the University of South Alabama, Southeastern, LSU, Southern University, the University of New Orleans, FAMU, FSU, and more!
A travel fee of $50 per hour (one way) will apply for sessions outside the standard shooting area.
For travel exceeding one hour, an additional $25 will be added for every 30 minutes beyond the first hour.
Please consult with me directly before booking if you are requesting a location that may require travel — this ensures accurate pricing and availability.
Travel fees depend on distance from Biloxi, MS — you can select your school as an add-on when booking, and if your college isn’t listed, just send me an email so I can confirm travel availability.
How Long Does It Take To Get My Photos Back?
Unedited images (proofs) are sent within 1–5 days after your shoot.
Once you select your favorites and notify TrayVisuals, final edits are delivered within 7–14 business days.
Additional edits beyond what’s included in your package are $10 per image and are completed after your original selections are finished.
Please reach out if you’d like to add extra edits to your order.
Can I Cancel or Reschedule My Shoot?
If you need to cancel, it must be done at least 72 hours before your session for your retainer to be transferable to a new date.
Cancellations made within 72 hours will forfeit the retainer and cannot be rescheduled.
Repeated cancellations may result in denied future bookings.
What does “Edited” mean?
The photos already look amazing straight out of camera, but I take them a step further with color correction, blemish removal, stray hair cleanup, and sky replacement (if needed).
I don’t do body modifications — my focus is on keeping everything natural while enhancing the overall image quality.
How Many People Can I Bring To My Shoot?
For outdoor sessions, I recommend bringing 2–4 people max. Large groups can take focus away from your shots and slow down the flow — but if you want to bring the whole family, that’s totally up to you!
For studio sessions, please keep it to 2–4 guests if they’re not being photographed. Smaller crews help everything move smoother and keep the energy right.
What’s Your Refund Policy?
All photoshoot bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
If you cancel at least 72 hours before your session, your retainer can be transferred to a new date.
Cancellations made within 72 hours will forfeit the retainer and cannot be rescheduled.
Edited work that has already been delivered is non-refundable, due to the time, resources, and creative effort involved.
The only exceptions are for unavoidable “Acts of God” — such as severe weather, serious illness, or other unforeseen emergencies — in which case we’ll work together to reschedule or issue a credit at my discretion.
Will I Receive All My Photos From The Shoot?
You will receive all usable images from your session. We only remove duplicate photos, test shots, blurry images, unflattering expressions, and any images that don’t meet our quality standards.
During your shoot, we often take multiple photos of the same moment. Instead of having you sort through many similar images and decide which one looks best, we do that for you. We carefully select the strongest version based on focus, expression, and overall quality.
For candid moments like laughs or emotional reactions, we may capture a few extra photos to ensure we deliver the one that best represents that moment. Your final gallery is curated so you can simply enjoy your photos without the stress of choosing between duplicates.
