Booking

At the time of booking, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your appointment date and time. Your session retainer can be made in the form of Cash, Card, Cash App, PayPal, or Apple Pay. Appointments made without retainer may not be honored and are subject to cancellation. Payment of the retainer is required at the time of booking and has a 24-hour grace period. Retainers that are not paid within 24 hours of setting an appointment may not be honored and subjects the appointment to cancellation. Payment of the retainer acts as an agreement to all of the TrayVisuals policies. Collaborations/Creative Endeavors booked with no monetary gain give TrayVisuals ALL rights to photos taken and can be used however/whenever he sees fit.

Payment

 Sessions must be paid in full prior to shoot date or immediately after the shoot via Cash, Cash App, or Apple Pay. Checks are not accepted. An additional $20 surcharge will be added on all sessions where client is beyond 15 minutes late. Session end times will not be extended to accommodate client lateness.

Cancellation

If you are unable to attend your scheduled photo session, please be aware that all retainers are non-refundable and will serve as a cancellation fee. However, if at least 72 hours’ notice is provided, the retainer may be credited toward a future session scheduled within 3 months, based on the photographer’s availability.

If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled session, the retainer will be forfeited entirely and cannot be applied toward a future booking. No reschedules will be allowed for last-minute cancellations.

TrayVisuals reserves the right to deny services to clients with a pattern of repeated cancellations or no-shows.

If TrayVisuals cannot perform this contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or any other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return the retainer fee to the client, but shall have no further liability with respect to the contract.

This shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the photographer. In the event TrayVisuals fails for any other reason, TrayVisuals shall not be liable for any amount in excess of all monies paid.
